Self catering unit within a secure complex protected by the natural vegitation, situated in Scottburgh South.  With direct access to a private beach that has loads of rock pools to explore or fish, you'll be able to kick up your feet and relax while the children play safely.

Scottburgh's main swimming beach is an approximate 2km drive away and the complex is across the road from Scottburgh Golf Club.

Communal swimming pool, braai area and self service laundy room in complex.

DSTV is an optional extra at an additional cost of R 30 p/d.  Please request it when booking so that arrangements can be made to have it turned on.

Strictly no smoking or pets are allowed and guests are required to adhere to the body corporate rules provided to you on booking.

All linen is supplied, however, please bring along your own beach and bath towels.

              Booking terms

              1. In order to secure your booking, 30% of the total booking amount is required and payable as soon as you receive a booking form. This deposit is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
              2. NB: Please use your name and the unit booked as a reference when making any and all
              3. In order to confirm your booking, proof of deposit payment, copy of identity document, copy of proof of residence and this signed booking form MUST be emailed to joann.joubert@Seeff.com.
              4. The balance of the booking amount is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Don’t forget to email proof of additional payments.
              5. Should your booking dates fall within the above payment periods, the full booking amount is required upfront as soon as you receive a booking form.
              6. No cancellations will be accepted unless we are notified in writing no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
              7. A security deposit is applied to ALL This will be refunded to you once a satisfactory outgoing inspection has been performed after departure.  Amounts applied will vary according to the unit booked.  Your banking details are required in order to enable this refund payment.
              8. Kindly note that cash deposits incur bank charges which will be for your account and will automatically be deducted from your security deposit before any balance is refunded to you.
              9. Should any damage/theft be discovered upon outgoing inspection, the repair/replacement value will be deducted from your security deposit before any balance is refunded. Should the repair/replacement cost of the damage exceed the security deposit amount held, you will be invoiced and liable to pay the difference immediately.
              10. All bookings are subject to a once off outgoing cleaning fee. Amounts will vary according to the unit booked.  Strictly no smoking is permitted indoors.  Should we suspect smoking has taken place, you will be invoiced and liable for additional deep cleaning fees and lose your security deposit or you may face prosecution.
              11. A booking/administration fee of R 285 is applied to ALL bookings.
              12. For bookings of 1 month or more, the total booking amount is required to be paid in full and upfront.
              13. Please note that Seeff will not be held liable/responsible for any injuries/damages or losses, personal or otherwise, that may be incurred during your stay.
